About Lisa Freeman
Lisa Freeman's love of photography began as a child when she received a camera as a Christmas gift. When family, friends and others began asking her to take pictures at their weddings, parties, and other events, Lisa realized she had a special gift.
After the loss of her precious son, her father, a sister, and mother in just four years, she found her healing through photography. Much of her joy came from photos she had taken of her loved ones. She wants to give that same gift to others, by not only producing top quality exquisite images, but by giving them a memory they can cherish for a lifetime.
Lisa has been in business since 2000. She founded two non-profit organizations, Abuse Bites and A Time to Heal to bring help and healing to needy and abused people and pets. She serves as the Healing Projects Specialist for the Bully Police USA. Aside from her advocacy work in abuse, bullying and violence, Lisa is an ordained minister, award winning author, speaker, AKC dog trainer, and certified pet therapist.
This year she launched Positive Engagements to further her work in photography, speaking and dog training.
